The fact is that I cannot fast but it seems some good information in mentioned link for those who can fast!

You need not fast for days together. Fast on alternate days during night eating fruits and drinking  butter milk. This will do lot of good.

I cannot live without food, as I have tried earlier and got severe headache and broke fast within shortest possible of time. 

If you cannot better don't fast. Don't force on yourself, if fasting doesn't suit you.

According to nutritionists it is not good to fast for a long period of time, Ideally you should eat something at least every three hours..If not a tleast drink water, tender coconut water, juices and soups .

Long fasting is not good. But partial fasting with something in your belly like fruits and juices especially during nights certainly  helps.

Definitely, I would go for partial fasting, so that some of benefits mentioned in this article would benefit me. 

Never fast with absolutely empty stomach. Instead have something light preferably a fruit or Fruit juice. Fasting with empty stomach will do more harm than good.

 

Yes fasting is good for body as it makes our organs a break when we stop eating.  Moreover it's true that it helps in reducing weight. I don't fast as I can't stay hungry fora day.

One need not fast the entire day. One can have a big Breakfast and a full lunch. Only in the night one can fast. That too one can eat fruits or fruit juices. It gives excellent results.

It all depends on one's body as there are people who can stay without food and there are people who can do that. I don't think it's going to harm if we keep fasting for a day.

Absolutely no harm even if you fast once in a week or if one can, fasting can be done twice in a week. One need not fear about weakness. Rather fasting rejuvenates your spent energy.

 

 

Yes. I always think to keep fast on Tuesdays but don't as I can't stay hungry for long time.

You should be strong in mind and start fasting in a slow but steady manner. In the long run it  proves to be beneficial.

 

Some fasts while taking liquids, I think that would be good. 

Yes. There is fasting known as Juice therapy which has a host of health benefits.
