This means serious problems ahead for age old brand of Nestle India.

True. Nestle has committed a crime that endangers the lives of the people. It is likely to face severe consequences.

What we get is very tiny part of the ugly truth.  The entire economy is based on profit motive and greed. . Morality, health nowhere matter.

Situations demand that we should not rely on any packed food, even if it is a highly reputed brand. It is time to return to our home-made items and live a safer life.

@Ramakrishnan.

That's an apt observation, that blindly going after Brand names will land us in troubles. There is nothing that equals Home food.

Now, food security department would test pasta and macroni of some of large brands and the result would be out within three days. So more bans to follow.

It seems India woke up from its deep slumber. It's not too late that health authorities should punish all  the food adulteraters.

That's serious. I feel they don't check their products before releasing them in the market. What a shame for a brand which has been in the Indian market for so long and is so popular in India.

Manufacturers take the government and the people for granted. Additionally our governments are also to be blamed. They never implement the Hygienic factors in to consideration.

That is serious, such a global brand is so careless in food products, as per times of India of today, Nestle India only spent 19 cores for quality checking of its products as against over 400 cores investment in celebrity endorsements and advertising.

Nestle along with many such products spend pittance towards product testing before they are released in to Market. This is highly offensive.
