The article is interesting and instructive.  Consciously or unconscouly, we all habitually write some phrsases considered unnecessary. For example- "It goes without saying that...'  has been listed as a mistake.  The author says that if really something goes without saying, why say.  Then why add'obviously',   I also use frequently the phrase- It goes without saying.  Such use is to stress the point emphatically. simply about 'obvious'  Perhaps, the other person is unable to see the 'obvious'.

Unles there is gross grammatical error, we must not fear writing. Too much care in writing correctly or logically will slow down your fluency.

Though we need not take everything serious given in the article, it helps to know to brush up the language, may be over a period.

Interesting article that has some relevant pointers ...If one is consciously trying to better their writing ,one can overcome many of the mistakes and become better with each article.

Though right now one cannot follow the points fully, it helps in writing better English over a period.

The article heading shows stupidest but it seems the most difficult part for me to correct these mistakes. Good article.

Stupidest means most of the writers are committing these mistakes. Yes they are difficult. It is possible to avoid these mistakes by constant practice and cultivation.

Good article. These are common mistakes most of us make. However, I think we are more conscious about our grammar, spelling and punctuation, because we feel that somebody is watching us.

I agree. Even the best of the writers also commit mistakes. I also agree it is difficult to write a fool proof language sans mistakes. But it is not impossible provided you cultivate this art consciously.

Yes. Writing which have some formats and rules. It is not easy as speech. We cannot write whatever we think. Mother tongue influence which is also the reason for grammatical error. Whatever it may be the above link is very useful.

Ttough, difficult, not impossible. If one wants to become a good wriiter, knowledge about the correct usage of English is a must.

Basically there are irrelevant portions in our write-ups and speeches that we use in our lives on day-to-day basis whether we use any language therefore, these stupidiest are quite common. All we have to do is that we ought to be to the point while writing and speaking. This way we tend to make less mistakes.

Most Indians tend to translate their own thoughts which are normally in their mother tongues, to English and therein comes the problem of grammar and structure...Some of them are quite amusing . Since English is learnt in later years, most Indians do not have the required kind of proficiency and fluency . Even the well known Indian writers are unable come up to the level of other English speaking writers . This is something that has to be accepted and we can only try and  better ourselves..

And this is not limited to English or any other foreign language but even for a person's own mother-tongue as well. There are many native English speakers who make number of grammatical mistakes in their articles.

Very true. Simply because Telugu is my mother tongue, I cannot claim I speak and write a Telugu, free from Grammatical mistakes.
