You are tired and fatigued not due to over work. Rather out of Boredom. Boredom is the product of Monotony. Doing the same thing day in day out leads to Boredom.

Escape from this malady by changing your work mode. Change your patterns of work often.A change in work practices will lay roads  to enthusiasm and zeal. Get up and direct all your endeavors to flush away boredom from your life in order to enjoy a life of Bliss.

I am normally tired only at the end of the day especially if I have been active and running around the whole day, but it is a pleasant kind of tiredness and with a refreshing bath you are back to being energetic and active once again...

I am tired when I have to defend my self, and I am tired of hearing promises when there are mot met.

How true. It is a pleasant kind of tiredness. In your case Boredom never approaches you.

When work is considered as worship, there will not be any boredom or tiredness; but it will rejuvenate us, and fill our mind with the fullness of satisfaction; irrespective of the time of work.

A famous celebrity who is a worholic was asked , ' you are always on work. When would you relax?'

His reply was " I relax while doing my job. and there is mo better way to relax while working."

Boredom makes me tired too as it happens when we do things repeatedly in which we are not interested we get tired.

I am not tired of working even for 18 hours a day but I get tired of waiting for anything unnecessarily.

That is the point. Waiting, in the view of a person who finds pleasure in WORK is nothing short of losing one's most productive moments going into drain.

Many a times, I do not feel tired but feel fatigued after prolonged work hours.

But that tiresomeness and fatigue are the part of the game that keeps you moving.

Definitely waiting for someone kills me too. I don't like people who keep me waiting for anything.

Waiting itself contributes to Non-activity. That means your valuable time goes away without being productive. Which is why oe loses temper when someone makes him wait. And such waiting leads to boredom which makes you dull. Each minute of waiting looks like eternity. This is worst than an ailment.

Monotony is tiresome. So, changing task or item of work every few hours brings efficiency and work is more interesting.

All parts of human body feels tired eventually, except tongue. As Rockwell said be tired and feel proud of yourself.

That is exactly what I mean. Tiredness due to work is welcome. But not due to inactivity.
