Bananas are available in all seasons and they contain all the nutrients the body needs. They keep you away from heart ailments.

I love the desi bananas. It is aplenty in my native place. For blood sugar it is not advisable to eat. During the time of extreme summer as well as after doing morning exercise, pieces of banana rejuvenate you.

The fact that Banana is rich in nutrients is accepted by international health experts. I included this fruit in my daily diet.

Banana is the cheapest fruit that provides all essential vitamins and minerals. It is therefore known as the best source of energy for all, especially for people working at menial jobs.

Banana is replete with  electrolytes including calcium, potassium and magnesium, eating a banana is a natural way to keep your blood pressure under control.

Life is full of banana skins, foot on it, you balance it or slip it, then rise it again. Similarly, banana provides real lifer in this summer.

We make it for sure to include Bananas in all our 3 meals. They are abundant in all the places of AP.

I too love bananas and here in India  we have so very many different varieties of bananas, all of them equally tasty too..

"amruta paani" is a variety of banana available in AP it really tastes like Amrit with a different taste of its own.

But I have heard it's not good for diabetic people that's why wife doesn't allow me to eat bananas. Can anyone tell is it so?

The link article will clear all your doubts. There were such suspicions in the public about the qualities of Banana. They will be cleared in this article.

Taking of banana is not recommended for people with blood sugar, as it would increase sugar levels.

Of course, that was a belief earlier. After reading the link article all my doubts were cleared. especially about blood sugar levels.

I think, the equivalent of Rasthali is also available in AP. but with a different name. In all Banana is a treasure chest of nutrients. The icing on the cake is its less cost.
