Diabetes is a very common disease especially among the rich.  In fact, if somebody does not have such disease, he feels inferior.  But it is better to be inferior than suffer from such disease.

Four eggs a week is a simple way to keep diabetes away.

Right sir, Eggs are also very good for health , it makes our bones strong.

As we an Apple a day keeps Doctor away, like wise 4 Eggs a week keep Diabetes away.

I don't eat 4 eggs a week, but I don't have diabetes either. I'm a converted Vegetarian. I follow Vegetarianism and other regular healthy food habits along with yoga and physical exercise. This keeps me away from Diabetes.

Blood sugar is not a disease, it is a way of life that affects certain levels of sugar, it is good for type 2 diabetes.

Blood sugar levels when alarmingly rise results in Diabetes. It's not a way of life. certainly.

Great piece of information. I have diabetes but I eat egg still I am taking medicines.

Just eating eggs will not reduce diabetes. But if egg eating is supported by other ingredients like walking regularly and consumption of veggies and nuts will help you. I don't eat 4 eggs a week, But I don't have diabetes either.

Mental stress is the main reason of diabetes. Moreover it's hereditary disease. Yes walking maintains blood sugar level.

True mental stress is the starting point for many ailments. If not taken a timely action it may lead to disastrous results. Of course  herideterryI is also a reason for Diabetes.

It is a way of life that creates diabetes, as it is not a disease, eating eggs could be right but egg yolks are certainly not good for blood sugars.

It has been scientifically proved that consuming 4 eggs a week can prevent Diabetes.

If it is so it is a good news but many a times consuming too many eggs in summer could have other related problems but if it is good for diabetes then certainly it is a newer development.

The limit has been mentioned in the thread. Its not a new development. It was in practice since long.

I do not think so eating only white portion of egg was recommended for diabetic persons, not the full eggs, it is not practice for long as the link is not full source of information, there ought to be other practical suggestion on this as we are not supposed to be limited by the boundaries of the link as I generally read links but most of them are some of few sources, but I prefer to have opinion on heading of subject,

If you are not satisfied with the information given in the link you can find out the veracity of the claim from a Doctor and express freely.

Veracity of this to be find out before regularly practicing this as this would be related to parents so mere reading from the link would not be suffice what I am intended to say, but if it is true then it should be good for blood sugar persons.

It's upto the user to find out the factsfrom a naturopath before jumping to conclusion.

Even I was told by a doctor not to eat yoke as being diabetic but albumin is good for me.

Go on reading these forums. You can earn more knowledge than an encyclopedia .

Absolutely, what I was talking about, it is doctor since long advising not to eat yolk of eggs but this link says differently, so it is not a new development as one of prominent member thinks it.
