Yes corruption these days is increasing. There are people who don't feel bad in asking money from others as bribe. This constable was given the treatment.

If the cops don't feel bad in demanding a bribe, People too are ready to pay the bribe. Its a two handed activity. Which is why corruption is ruling the roost.

Even if the police doesn't demand people  are habituated to offer bribes. Corruption has become a part of life. Why the concerned lady who was demanded for a bribe refused to pay?. She  wants to stand against the corruption practice. This attitude is much needed. People should wake up from their deep slumber.

People wishes speedy implementation, though I am not sure people are ready to bribe but all these becomes norm in order to get back to speedy shortcuts.

All the people except some like the lady mentioned in the thread want to finish off their needs by paying bribes.

This means the lady want to fight against injustice and rewarded with brick pelting on her head, how bad a state we are living and it is a must for refinement in law enforcing structures as it seems at some point of time it is no where to go.

It is already established that the lady wanted to fight against corruption and succeeded. The police administration took a prompt action and the cop was suspended.

Suspension does not mean anything to the service of cops, it should be straight forwardly dismiss action otherwise a simple transfer and reprimand seems to be the norm of fighting corruptions.

The concerned in charge said other relevant actions on the cop will be taken over a period.

If it is true then it is good for country as China able to improve their performance due to stricter control mechanisms against corrupt officials and practices.

Strict implementation of any law yields good results.

Court says there is no proof of asking for bribe by police, and he was released of all charges. Then what should be truth in stone attacking incident.

What court? can you give the link. He was suspended earlier. The lady will not leave the corrupt cop.

Oh!  But throwing brick to hurt a lady is also a crime he should have been punished for it at least.

The cop has been suspended . I did not hear from the news that the cop has been released. I don't believe it until I hear a confirmation of the news.

The cop was exonerated from the charges of bribing from session court but he was exonerated from hitting with brick.
