The Taj is safe.

One of the most famous monument of India all over world should be preserved and especially environment decapitation around it should be stopped in order to attend perfect security. 

ASI  has already on its way to investigate any damage was caused to the Taj. But the present earthquakes in Nepal should come to and. Before that it's not possible toconduct survey .

Acc. to ASI, during recent earthquake, visitors did not feel earth quake there as they continue to capture moments there, only soon after some times they come to known about earthquake and that is why people panicked there after runs to safety.  

Anyhow, it's only after a survey by the ASI after the second series of quakesI are over , the damages or No damages will be known

Old monuments were built so robust that they don't collapse unlike buildings we make these days.

Not all the old monuments are strong and sturdy. Depending on the closeness of the Monument to the epicenter of the earth quake, the resulting damage depends. For example several old monuments in Nepal collapsed because they are located very near to the epicenter. Whereas  the Taj is away from the epicenter. Which is why it survived the quake.

True.. Those old structures are strong but even they can collapse if as something what happen in Nepal.

Taj survived because it was away from the epicenter

Taj is safe and that should make happy Taj lovers, but nothing is safe in front of earthquake for sure. 

Depends on how far the monument is away from the epicenter if the quake.

It is known the effect of earthquake affects people nearby and slowly its strength decrease nothing new to it. 

Is there is anything other tan the "Proximity of the monument" to the epicenter of the the earth quake.? If there is one Please enlighten the members. After all forums are meant for knowing about new things.
