With acquittal, AIADMK regains lost political ground

The AIADMK is now in very jubilant mood. DMK will be in doldrums. PM quickly congratulated Jay Lalitha. Quite likely, she will be C.M. soon. She is potential ally of BJP.  Center state relation may be now better. Jasy Lalitha has been an ally of BJP during first BJP led government. 

True Sir. Now DMK's karunanidhi and Stalin felt that there are no chances of forming their govt. Subramaniam Swamy says that he will go for an appeal.

it is a lesson for other leaders such as Mulayam and Mayawati to clear doubts about disaprortion case through court. It shares a good example and ofcourse AIADMK would be stronger and mightier than ever before. 

You are under the wrong impression. No lesson can teach these political leaders. No politician learns the lessons . It's a tradion in the political leaders.

Is there any signs of justice denied, still there is no clear cut explanations but still many accusing justice systems. 

Coming to the point related to the thread Jayalalita is not in a hurry to takeover as the CM. Accusations  will be there always. Karunanidhi accused. Subramaniam swamy accused. A verdict cannot please each and everybody . This is but natural.

Now Subramaniam Swamy is isolated. He intended to sue Sonia Gandhi after successfully fighting Jay Lalitha. He is BJP leader. He may be very learned but is politically very ignorant. Modi is more interested in Jay lalitha as his potential ally. He also needs support of congress in Rajya Sabha.  Naturally, subramaniam Swamy will get no support- physical or moral- in fighting faces against jay lalitha or Sonia Gandhi. Ultimately the main political parties never consider each other as enemy but only as competitor.

Thank you for updating about Subramaniam Swamy new development . Yes . I agree Subramaniam Swamy is politically ignorant. Now the reasons for Subramaniam Swamy not getting support is crystal clear.

It is quite clear and has been proved recently in the most prominent judgements that the rich own justice.

Subramanium Swamy is highly educated and he is fighting corrupt cases as such and about politcal reunion ship, PM Modi and AIADMK chief are good allies. Even in times when Modi was isolated by political class she was first to meet Modi and express solidarity. 

Yes. AIDMK and BJP make good allies. Right now Jayalalita is not in a hurry to take the charge of CM of Tamilnadu. Perhaps she is anticipating appeals to the higher courts by her opponents.

As per some news paper reports but it might not be true she want to go for election one year prior to capitalize this issue, but am not sure of it. 

It has been already confirmed by the media that Jayalalita is not in a hurry for taking the charge.
