With acquittal, AIADMK regains lost political ground

This is interesting as she wants to fight to apex court and want to clear of all charges before entering into politics again.

She doesn't want to fight. But other rivals are proceeding against her. That's why she wants to see the final outcome and take the CM's charge.

Apex court decision would be final, there is also stronger discourse among reputed lawyers of whether to the percentages income which are not reported should be taken into consideration or not.

It is perhaps still not clear whether she would be returning to post of chief minister again or not.

It is not clear. only thing we can do is wait and watch without any speculations.

It is the same set of suspense continues, but it is clear that AIADMK would be closer to central government and that would help government to fight against unwilling opposition.
