It sounds helpful indeed. There are many other things available too for taking depression. 

Personally I also follow few of them which help me out. But I have seen people who just don't want to try out anything like this and just stay in more and more depression. Just don't understand how to tell them.

I understand. Those who refuse to pay heed to good things can't be helped. Mindfulness helps  in boosting your focus. This in turn boosts your memory. And play a vital role in enriching our lives. Good to know you are practising Mindfulness .

Yes it can't be help if they are not listening and its their lose. But some times I can't ignore them as they are very closer one. 

 

Even if they are your family members, ignore them. Coercion will not work.

Lol, I wish there will be something I can mix with water and give him for getting out depression.
