Delhi govt has done well to take a decision banning chewable tobacco. Apart from health hazard, the chewers have to spit in rooms and road and thus make every place dirty. They cannot even talk properly without first spitting the intake. When tobacco is in, they talk with mouth half shut with strange pronunciation.
