It pays to be a miser when it comes to Time Management.

Time is precious. Use it wisely. Stop killing the time, before it kills you.

What are your ways of using time in a productive way? Discuss.

I agree that one must be wiser for time utilization. This is particularly true for those aspiring great achievement. But there are many without any aim and with plenty of money. They may be liberal in time usage.  Although no so relevant here, let me mention a small anecdote.  Somebody though of marrying and looked for an ideal woman. when asked about definition of ideal woman, he said- 'lady in drawing room, whore in bed room and miser in kitchen'.  at last he found a 'suitable wife'  with all these qualities- lady like, whore and miser. But his life became a hell. His wife had all the qualities but these were misplaced. She was miser in bedroom, lady in kitchen and whore in bedroom.   .

Aha... Though its not a relevant example,I fully enjoyed your example.

Coming to the point, a person who has control over time can control the world. Such people achieve all those things which they wanted to achieve.

Once initiated and we are through, time management happens naturally without any conscious effort, just like our heartbeat. Additional tasks or uncertainties will be successfully managed as and when they occur, as long as we have a clear vision.

True. They say to start is half job is done. The remaining job is finished with perseverance. With relentless efforts anything can be achieved.

Time is surely important. And everyone should respect it. Personally whenever I get the opportunity I used to do multiple works together to save time.

Recognizing Time Killers and Time Savers and avoiding Time killers will help a lot in saving time

Yes.. But in some times those time killers sounds more attractive and also they able to attract us as well.

This is where, you should be careful and exercise your discretion. I agree time killers like TV watching, gossiping will lure.

Yes.. That's what I am talking about. They are the real attractions and they surely kills time without our knowing. But yeah its up to us how much we be careful.

I dont hesitate to say I'm proud of my time management. I achieved this by doing meditation for years. One has to be ready for doing sacrifices to achieve  control over the body and soul..

Personally even I am good at it. But honestly sometimes I do get attracts from some of them. Just get out of control. lol

Effective Time Management is difficult but not impossible what all you need is regular lifestyle and healthy food habits.

The basic lessons of time management begin during our school days, with the concept of a Time-Table. Life starts with a time-table; it develops through many time-tables, and ends without any time-table.

Though Time Management is taught in the schools, majority  fail to stick to Time management once the pupils leave the premises of the school. Time management demands consistentency and this quality  should be continued unto the last without compromises.

No doubt that time manageement is very essential in life although one may not be able to do so all the time...As long as you are satisfied with what you do with yoor day and feel that you have done what is needed, it is alright.I personally would never want a vigorous time management plan and make my home look like a military campaign because one person alone cannot manage time while living with a family...

Oh I missed this thread as I was too busy managing my other jobs :) Thanks I managed to reach on right time though.

To be in the right time at the right place, itself is the essence of Time management.
