Newzealland could not stand the Pressure.and it faced a humiliating defeat.

Australia was a deserving winner and excelled in all departments. NZ could not match them. NZ winning would have been a big upset.

True.. It is really upset in the end. I mean in whole world cup they have performed really strongly.  And in then end and important moment they just give away. Australia did well, but this time NZ performance was really poor.

Skill in the game alone will not deliver the goods. Application of the skill at the right time is essential. Aussies did this, and grabbed the cup.

Yeah.. But some times it happens. May be luck or don't know what to say, a bad day!!!? Even good team with strong players can loose like they are nothing.

I agree. I pinned lot of hopes on NZ, after seeing their dream run until the final.

Anyways.. they had good World cup. First time they able to came to final.

Now all players will meet at IPL...  Cricket keeps going on. Lols.

I too am a great fan of cricket. Yes Aussies won their 5th cup. Cricket is one game along with football engages me.

Yeah... its one of my favourite too. And I do watch many other sports too.

Now every team have to wait for another 4 years to get a chance for WC. I guess this tine England is hosting it.

Whoever hosts it, success goes to that team which plays well.

It is a great innings played by the Australians. They sent their captain with winning moment.

Australia is in the top position in winning world cups. Lot of player are new and they never played in earlier world cups but they are showing a good attitude in every world cup. The main advantage of Australian player is they never give up easily. The Tailenders are also finishing the game well. India should learn it from them. Ravindra jadeja is the man did not performed well in the world cup tournament. He is a great batsman but now-a-days he is not playing at crucial stage when India needs his presence on the ground. 

Cricket is Team effort. Unless the entire team works as a single unit, success cannot be achieved.

Form of any player is important thing. And many important Indian players were missing form in this WC. Virat Kohli, Jadeja, Dhoni himself not able to play their best.

It's not the form, but inconsistent performance of players is the reason for dismal performance of India in the WC. Rohit scores a double century, Shikhar fails.Dhoni puts up a tremendous performance in one match and returns to pavilion with a patchy performance in the next match.

This inconsistency in the players' performance is the reason for our failure in the crucial hours has accounted for our failure in the WC. A

True. Virat, miserably failed in almost all the matches especially in the crucial stage of the series. The secret of success of Aussies is, the entire team's consistency was uniform and Aussies  made it a point to maintain team's consistency right from league stage to finals.
