Nice article. Most of the dental problems are coming due to not cleaning the teeth properly. We are still having faith with toothbrush but not having the same with our fingers.

Very useful link provided here. I am too suffering from Cavity problem. Many steps are easy to use and implement.

Home remedies which are mostly traditional are simple to use. The icing on the cake is, they are available everywhere . They are available for a negligible price.

The most easy and cheap way to fight cavities is to use clove oil and ayurvedic powder. Clove oil has proven benefits to fight cavities and restore teeth that are thought beyond repair.

Salt can also be used to treat cavities due to its antiseptic and antibacterial properties. 

Flossing after having meals is also a godo way to keep cavities at bay.

Chew a few leaves of Neem leaves. This takes care of tooth cavities.

I have heard that chewing ripe tamarind also keeps teeth healthy. Although most acids are damaging to teeth enamel, it seems that the tartaric acid present in tamarind is actually good for teeth and gums and it also keeps our breath fresh. Never tried it myself, though!
