Passport to single mom's kid!

High Court Mumbai  has questioned how single mom's kid can be denied passport in these days of live in relation. Obviously there is need to modify passport rules keeping in view changed conditions.

Sure they will find out a way, if a single mom is not a problem then why should be a passport be denied to a child born out of such a relation?
