Cyber law and freedom of expression!

It is easy to support freedom of expression of Dutch cartoonist who enraged insulted Islamic community. But what right we have to support freedom of expression abroad when our own cyber law gives draconian authority to police to arrest commentators of Facebook and other social sites.
