It depends on intensity of need. A noral huan beig will prefer food to anything else. A hungry man cannot choose anything else. But a sex maniac may give lesser priority to food particularly if he is half fed and not badly hungry for food.

That is not normal behavior since is mania...I feel that Basic needs like food shelter and clothing overtake everything else ...
