The hearing and deliberations went on the entire day and just now the news has come in that Jayalalitha has been denied bail and her appeal has been dismissed... Is this the beginning of better days to come ? what about the long list of criminal politicians who have gone scot free because of the blessings bestowed on them by their party high commands?

In the beginning, there was a confusion. Jayalilita supporters started celebrations in Chennai.. Finally. Karnataka court made it clear that she was not granted bail. Hence Jayalalita has to stay in JAIL
Of course, "Acche Din" aanewala hai.

Though the govt lawyer did not appose any objection towards her bail the judge taken the right step towards it.

In the final verdict, the judge said there was nothing to prove that Jaya lalita is not guilty. Of course se is going appeal to Supreme court.

I think the punishment should be given equally and money should not play a vital role. The person who already made the same thing will also get punished. Senior lawyer taken the case so we should wait and watch what will be the result to the appeal in Supreme court.

Is it not obvious from the verdict that Money did not play a key-role?
Judge Michael De Kunha hailing from here Mangalore , who earlier gave her the verdict is a very highly respected lawyer and above any kind of greed. He is very straight forward and has seen some ups and downs because of this nature of his. It is the same with other judges at High court, some of who are above money power and greed..

Of course. We are lucky to have judges like Michael De Kunha in the judiciary, who are above greed and Money power. Which is why, we are able to follow the age old " Satya meva Jayate".

Yes due to the presence of persons like Michael De Kunha, one can hope for justice in India. And the case of Jayalalitha is only the starting, there is a long list of corrupts who are to be put behind jail.

The problem is the need for courageous people like Subramanya Swamy relentlessly working to bring in justice and clean up the political rot, how many such politicians are there in our country ? We can see how Politicians look after their own interests like the CM of Haryana did in Robert Vadra's illegal land deals which I am sure will also come to the courts at some stage or the other..

As long as the Judiciary is impartial and not influenced by the political power, the remaining corrupt politicians too face the same fate as Jayalalita sooner or lAter

actually credit goes to subramanian Swamy who moved the court. Judges may be honest but they will do nothin unless somebody files a case. There are very few individuals like subramaniam Swamy who take pains to collect information and pursue case in court. It lasois clear that the best way to fight corruption is to go by legal process as Subramananm swamy did and not by way Kejriwal and others do to malign each and every one.

I gree. All credit goes to subra anima Swamy, who actually followed the procedures required to file a case and acted as a responsible citizen. It's also true that citizens like subra anima swamy can be counted on fingers. After all a successful government is nothing but combined efforts of both government and the governed.

Subramania swamy also told that his next move is over sonia and raghul and he is collecting the data and expecting to file it before December.

Thatss a great strategy by Subramaniam Swamy. In the meantime governor should ensure that there is no vandalism by the Jayalalitansupporters
I fail to understand why people have so much sympathy with corrupt politicians, film actors who commit crimes and whoever the follow. If they prefer to ignore their crimes they have no right to demand for a corruption free nation. It's strange to watch ministers taking oath with tears in their eyes for a corrupt leader. What to expect from them as ministers?

Nothing. As a matter of fact, we the people basically are corrupt. There is a saying, "Yadha Praja, Tadha Raja". There is truth in this adage.

Actually people are not showing any sympathy on her. The supporting TV channels are making the issue big. She done some works like opened food courts which providing tiffin items and meals at low cost and some schemes for the past of 6 months. For everything she opened by spending the government money but she puts her name for all the schemes.

Spending the government money and taking personal credit ? Anyhow, All those channels making noise are AMMA sponsored.

I only told about the supporting tv channels like jaya, sun and kalaignar tv. People don't want a corrupt politicians for the nation. There is two parties(DMK,AIADMK) are playing the major role in Tamilnadu. Here politicians who are favored to the party are doing unnecessary things to the public. If election came people will not vote for the 2 parties and will vote for BJP.

It's understood that all those channels support jayalalita. Why ? Simple. Jayalalita grants all the favors needed for those channels except people welfare schemes.
