What is transgender- Govt. asks Supreme Court

:) :) In a ruling Supreme Court held that tansgenders include lesbian and gay also. Now the government wasnts some clarification as apex court's previous ruling differed. Moreover, there is difficulty to treat al eunucks as OBC because there are many eunucks born in S.C. and s.T, families.

However, it appears that transgender can not be an issue to be decided by some one. The fact or gender- male, female or eunuck- is a physical condition that is decided by nature. Gay, lesbian etc are not physical conditions but individual mental conditioning. By very definition, gay is male wheeas lesbian is female- only commonality being same sex relation.
