I accept overloading causing the accident but diversion and not able to control the balance also the cause for accidents. Some people are talking while riding the vehicle it also a cause for accident.

Somewhere in the chain of events that lead to an accident, a weak link of human element will be there.the human error may be in the form of negligence, complacency  or ignorance.

Every day I get to hear about some accident or the other due to the bad condition of the road. Now the authorities are quickly getting the road filled with big stones and mud to fill in the pot holes, instead of giving a permanent and better solution. This is like a band-aid for so many accident and not a cure. Owing to incessant rains..the condition of the road here is deteriorating.

Yes, but the local authorities should do something about it irrespective of the region or state. This was just an example to explain that not just crowded vehicles, talking over cell phone while driving or walking can lead to accidents....bad roads are equally responsible. So yes "Accidents do not happen. They are caused."

Owing to the reason that people ignore their own safety, the number of Road accidents are increasing day by day. Most of them are fatal.

1. Never care about the braking system in the vehicle
2. Putting sudden break
3. Never slow down the vehicle on speed break
4. Didn't have the patience in signal
5. Not properly maintaining the vehicle

About not wearing the helmets, it was shown in the picture. The points you mentioned could have been added. But cluttering in a small Picture would add to confusion to the viewer.
