Should the U.P. government be dismissed?

The situation in other staes is worse. U.P. is a bigger state and the crime figures are being exaggerated. It is necessary to check the crime data and find out te facts instead of being misled by biased mdia reports and certain political circles. The totl crimes do not matter so much. We have to compare the absolute figures against the size of population.

Yes we can't believe that media is showing the news is 100% true. It is also true that now days media is more focusing only on U.P. But as compared to other states the crime graph in U.P. has grown up fast, many girls are raped and killed in recent days. Most of the persons from the current government are trying to defend only one community. A few days back Mr. Mullayam Singh said on rape cases that this is small mistake done by youngsters. .

Unreliable news sources cannot be taken as a base for the dismissal of a government elected democratically.

Sadly, this is the case in other states too..only the number of criminals cases may be a little less, but dissolution of the current govt in U.P is not the solution, instead enforcement of the law(s) has to be done properly.

Rape simpliciter is some times a small mistake by youth. But the gang rape, torture and sometimes murder and raoe with chil is not small. It is for police and courts to decide the magnitude and seriousnes of offence.

Even the number of cases and the statistics that appear in Media are unreliable. To dismiss a democratically elected government media reports reports are inadequate. It would be undemocratic to dismiss a government.

Not BJP but BSP can put the house in order. BJP has no leadership woth name in U.P. In fact, they are prsently making only mischief in the state.

BSP and Mayawati are no better than SP and Mulayam Singh, Mayawati is a corrupt leader and openly goes after minorities which means she is unfair, only BJP can bring order in the state and there are enough leaders in BJP capable of doing that ...

Varun Gandhi will be chief minister candidate for BJP as per some media speculation. About this topic should UP government be dismissed. I think, it is not just crime against women but also the sheer number of riots perhaps this government breaks all such records. Only state govt is responsible for whatever occurances in terms of law and order, and that is why it is only sp is responsible such riots ridden state, it is itself the government of UP to speculate and flashback what they have done wrong.

I'm of the opinion, though UP government's failure in controlling the Crime is obvious for all, dismissal of a democratically elected government has a certain constitutional way. Otherwise, it's not possible to dismiss a government basing on unreliable media reports.

The way Akilesh and Mulayam are going about their misrule, it may actually come to a dismissal of the government.
