This is quite an interesting research done on rats. Yes, a mother passes on a lot of things to her baby..this is known for a long time. May be this experiment/research can hold true for humans too.
The fact that Mom's fears are passed on to the child was an established fact. But the scientific reason for this phenomenon was not known. The new study has thrown the light on the cause.the experiment is yet to be conducted on humans.
Actually this theory has always been there and there are many stories which also have dwelt on the issue ! It is but natural that mothers moods and feelings should influence the child since they are in close proximity most of the time ...

True Usha. The new revelation is nothing but an old belief putting in scientific proof.
This is probably a new experiment done on rats...as for humans we already know it to be true.

WHAT WE HAVE READ IN THE LINK ARTICLE IT WAS MENTIONED THAT THE STUDY WAS CONDUCTED ON RATS. AND THIS EXPERIMENT IS YET TO BE CARRIED OUT ON HUMANS.
