Yes, Apex court has suggested a few amendments to the Anti dowry act, which was found to be misused. That's a good step taken by the Apex court.

After the reading the news piece, I feel it is quite a commendable step taken by the court to deal with dowry laws and to curb its misuse- so that real victims get justice.

That is necessary step taken by Apex court. It is good for Indian Women.. Now, it may reduce Dowry cases in India..

Rather the dowry cases increased. Because of abuse by the law by women. Many cases are coming to light that more women are using this law to settle scores with the man and his family.
