The minorities in India are having a whale of a good time, as legally they can maintain their separate character and not join the mainstream. This emboldens them to take on the majority community from time to time. It is time a uniform civil code was brought to achieve better integration. If what is reported in the paper cutting is true then it also shows the change in character of the Kashmiri muslim as they were known to respect famous Hindu shrines - in fact a portion of the offerings at Amarnath are shared with the muslim family descendents who discovered the cave. If true very shameful.

Thats what they think....In Karnataka we have a writer who became controversial during the general elections because of some foolish cmments he made about Modi, is married to a Catholic lady.He criticises all state BJP leaders when they visit temples for any reason but religiously attends Church with his wife every Sunday. Is this not double standard ? Like he has the freedom to visit any place of worship others too have the same freedom ! This is supposed to be progressive or regressive one wonders ??

It is futile to think of a leader independent of his party. Some leaders like Paswan, Nitish Kumar etc. were trapped by Sangh pariwar as Vajpayee was projected as liberal and 'secular' and even described as 'good man in a bad party'. Modi is what BJP or RSS is and nothing else. so with any other individual. If you think in any other way, you will be deceived.
