How much strong the buildings are constructed?

Comparing with old buildings our building technology is improved a lot but how much strong are they is big?. Ancient temples are still standing without any crack on the wall, but our house or buildings constructed today gets a crack within three months. We are giving the money what builder asked then why these kinds of buildings are constructed.

Builder looking more profit.. They use bad quality or mixture of cement during construction......... It is good to buy a plot of land and construct a house in front of your eyes..........

We are not technically strong in their area. How we know the quality of mixing he made. Several house build in front of the owner gets crack within 3 months.

Even it's built "In front of your eyes" the job has to be given to a Building contractor. It's not easy to buy building materials like sand and cement as they are not available in the open market. Only a contractor can procure because of the nexus between contractors and dealers of building materials.

There is only reason for this - Greed ! People are ready to compromise on quality and their own conscience to fulfil their greed for money. It is also a reflection of our lax legal system which makes these people get away with anything...

Yes, very true these apartments where we stay get cracks all over within a year. In fact there are other problems like lack of water, at times walls start becoming damp on the onset of rainy season. And the amount that people pay is way to high.
