Corruption has not spared any field/department or system..not even judiciary..it was known long long ago but it is now coming to the fore and making news headlines.

Refer my response above. I said in no uncertain terms that it will be known after investigation about interests of others chakras and chakkars.

One proverb says right person in right job will make the work easier. Those persons who have loyal should be appointed as judges. Money should not play a role justice judgement matters. Judgement is also not an easy job. The judge should analyze and keep in mind about the whole crime and take decision according the concern law. Taking bribe is every where. A coin has two sides like wise one person should not give bribe and another man receive it.

Everywhere former CJI is giving his interview and revealing matters after it has been finished, suprised but good to reveal corrupt practices, but justice delayed justice denied, is not it. :whistle: :whistle: :whistle:

It was said often that in lower judiciary there is corruption but in higher judiciary there is no corruption. But what we forgot was that judges were reaching higher judiciary from lower judiciary and carried along their practices till Katju chose to break ranks.
