Expectations from Union budget 2014

what are the expectations from the budget which going to be declared shortly.

I expect a practical and realistic budget,without populist schemes.

The budget will be announce today. No need to speculate on expectations at this stage.

Right now, I'm seeing it on TV.Mr. Jatly started the budget with the opening line, "We cannot spend beyond our means". It indicates a realistic budget is on the cards.

It has been a very realistic budget and although some states do feel left out , I am suure their concerns will be looked in the future budgets, one cannot please everyone at the same time ...

It is realistic and recurring budget and strong sense to do some innovative plannings such as water gateways from UP to WB and stress on solar and wind power.

The women folk are definitely not going to be happy with some aspect of union budget..the tax on ready made garments and cosmetics have been increased! Because, people know, no matter what women will never quit shopping for these items.

It is a fairly routine budget in which a lot many schemes have got Rs 100 crores as seed fund. The increase in FDI in insurance sector and defence sector will hopefully bring in some much needed foreign capital. The realm budget to watch out for is the 2015-16 budget by which time the new government will have settled down.
