Since the death of Sunni Arab dictator Saddam Hussein in 2006, the US has established a weak Shiite government in Baghdad. The sectarian policies of Iraqi government have only managed to alienate the Sunnis, fanning the Shia-Sunni war in Iraq. Many countries in the region, especially Saudi Arabia, which have Sunni majority, are not comfortable with the influence Shiite Iran has over the present government of Iraq.
Riyadh sees Iraq PM Nouri al-Maliki as a Tehran man. The rise of the anti-Shia and pro-Sunni Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) is being seen as a threat to the region. A break-away of al-Qaeda, ISIS’s quick onslaught of Iraq as it took over Fallujah, Mosul, Ramadi, Samarra and Tikrit and is rapidly approaching Baghdad is making the world uneasy.

There are various trines and religious sects in Iraq and arab countries. We can do little in the matter. WE need to withdraw our personel from these countries for their safety. Import of oil from these countries is only affectted. But any how, they have to export. So we need not worry about this.

We should worry about oil imports. Not about anything else. It's a cause of worry (Oil Imports) to many other countries also. Of course, many Indians stranded in Iraq are reaching India phase wise . Thanks to the Government's intervention and effective initiatives.
