Can't agree with you more. In fact this is the reason why most of the road accidents happen at night. People will blind you with hi-beam headlights..they forget or don't use the dipper on purpose. It is actually one of the most important rule to be adhered to while driving.

If not me, some one has to do something to curb the Road Rage. Otherwise these law violators make our lives miserable.

It is successful in many public buildings here. Spitters also respect gods. I am sure you will find it makes a difference.
