Fast paced life takes a toll of your energy. Body demands, replenishing of the Spent up energies. Failure to replenish spent up energy will make you dull and robs away your enthusiasm. Your innate traits lie unused and unexplored.
I read and paint to replenish my spent up energy and to rejuvenate.

Absolutely, yoga and meditation helps...


If done regularly Yoga can solve insomnia. Sleeplessness will lead to many life threatening ailments.
Listening to music especially some soft melodious music just before bed-time can also relax our nerves and help us to have a sound sleep.
i find deep sleep without light, energises me apart from roaming here within forum space. :whistle: :whistle:
One has to discover what relaxes him or her. It may be anything.. But it should rejuvenate you. This is important.
