Fast paced life takes a toll of your energy. Body demands, replenishing of the Spent up energies. Failure to replenish spent up energy will make you dull and robs away your enthusiasm. Your innate traits lie unused and unexplored.
I read and paint to replenish my spent up energy and to rejuvenate.

I relax whenever I feel it necessary. But every relaxation is maximun for half an hour. I fully relax while in sleep at night.

It doesn't matter. The duration of the relaxation is not important. Relaxing is important. Getting away from the tiring conditions matters.
REading is my greatest relaxation , also gardening although it involves a lot of exercise and activity ! Spending time with plants is the best form of relaxation, during summer I take a chair and sit outside with a book under the mango trees in my garden and I am lost for a couple of hours !! :cheer:

I read and write and find both relaxing and energy giving. I also find walking a few rounds in the nearby municipal garden tones up the body and makes the body relax. Another is trying not taking anything to heart and not having rigid views.

Yes. I relax through many ways. I'm a musician. I play guitar. In all, one has to find out his own way to relax.

Yes it really helps to boost up my energy level. I certainly feel very low at times doing mundane activities. We all need to charge up our energy level from time to time.

When you are low, you will not feel like attending any job. This is a signal from your body. Hear it. Heed it. Relaxing is what you need immediately. Even a short nap is enough to recharge your spent up energy.

I walk during early morning hours. road cleaning staff of corporation will not be there. Traffic is less. Due to these reasons, my track will be dust free.

I prefer to walk in early mornings. A mere investment of 20 minutes for a brisk walk will keep you active , alert and focussed all day long.
I find yog nidra very relaxing....

Sipping a cup of coffee and reading helps too!
Yoga in any form relaxes you. It's non invasive and effective.
