PM's twitter account

The PM's twitter accont has been renamed and archived. The yet to be formed NDA seems furious.

I fail to understand why The yet to form NDA has to raise such hue and cry over the outgoing PM's twitter account.

If they let it on , it is bound to become a permanent issue , so they have taken steps right in the beginning ...Given the kind of animosity that is there and the way Congress is picky about every little issue concerning BJP, now they are getting a taste of their own medicine !

The outgoing government has taken the view that they have dealt with PMO twitter account according to international norms.

First of all it is not "PM'a twittter" account, it is "PMO's twitter account". Modi has a different twitter account but when he takes responsibility PMO twitter account own will be he, as it is official PMO twitter account, and this cannot be aachievedas it is related to government and intellectual property right of government of India, not of outgoing Congress government and they have no right to archive that account.

Exactly ! Manmohan singh can have his personal twitter account but what comes out of PMO has to be in tune with policies and decisions , not personal views and prejudices..

Exactly and thankfully, the archieved account retrievved by Twitter and the person who have acquired that account is banned and all things settled now.
