This is a very intelligent thread. Here 'modified' has different meaning.This means 'pertaining to Modi' The elections were centered around one man Modi and hence Modi-fied. I think the meaning was very clear and does need much intelligence to guess...However, every party has someone taking over the campaign , so this is nothing new for BJP - they have worked hard and if they succeed they deserve every bit of it...
