This was a foregone conclusion given the track record of Congress in the past ten years....Scam , scams and more scams and unsafe for women, highest number of rape cases and terrorist activities...

People are aware of this. But not the owls of the ruling party. They too know but pose as if they do not know. They put up a false brave front.
The exit polls are a trend. But how far these resemble actual results will be clear only after actual results. Such exit polls have been wrong in past.

There is a scope for mistakes in exit poll predictions to some extent. But not all together unrealistic. Yesterday's results in Local body elections and today's results in ZPTC and MPTC elections in AP are proving that the exit polls cannot be wrong entirely.

There is definitely a margin of error in opinion polls but this time most opinion polls have got the same result with very minor differences unlike during 2009 when some were contradictory .....However, NDA getting majority is the best news there is for the country...

I say what you said in a harsh tone. The best news to the country is a crushing defeat for UPA. UPA that Plundered the country doesn't deserve a soft tone.
Let's hope that these polls stand anywhere near the predicted lines. That should change the fate of this country up to some extent if not fully.

This country's economic system has been completely eaten away by the oldest political party. To recover from this rot it takes time. Definitely exit polls will become true.
The exit polls are just a pasttime. This is becoming clearer day by day. The only thing almost certain is that BJP will be largest party. But there is no way this party may get 272+ by itself. It also is unlikely that NDA as stands now can get this. Even the parties who had simply made pol adjustment and not alliance are being counted in NDA with a view to achieve 272+ even if false.

We also need consider the exit polls in 2004 and 2009 when 'India was shining' and exit polls were forecasting victory of NDA. Possibly this time. the 'exit polls' may not be that false but still these are definitely not reliable. Those acting on such forcast are definiely in undue haste.
Everything should be clear by this time tomorrow, so we can skip the poll' predictions for the time being. But one thing is sure, it's time for a change. Enough is enough.

Eagerly waiting for tomorrow. But with a confidence that everything people wanted will be addressed to. I agree, leyts not indulge in further discussions.
Exit polls no doubt have their limitations, however, I dont see BJP doing anything in haste except do what any normal party that is almost sure of success does...In fact all the leaders are very cautious but optimistic , which is normal. In fact it is the Congress party that is going on and on abut BJP ...In fact one of the spokesperson of Congress party was saying that the country will face disaster blah blah ...if BJP comes to power, as if people are such fools that they cannot see their shallow pronmises since the past 60 years. They seem to think that they know what is best for everyone...
