I follow this. Whenever I'm stuck up in any creative exercise. I leave the work and walk for a while. Moving away from the work will erase the monotony. And a short walk will will certainly help.
walking is good but when vehicles cross at higher speeds it breaks peace for this I prefer to walk in morning when less vehicles roaming around as well as less pollution.
This is walk for health. But when you need some ideas during work, you walk just in the room or balcony.
True. The whole idea is to get away from the work and divert your mind for some time. This will erase monotony and in no time you will be rejuvenated.
