Absolutely ! When you lie you not only dont need to remember and hpe that you are saying all the right things at the right time, the added stress and guilt can make you a mental wreck..
Liars' inability to remember what they said yesterday, come up with another set of blatant lies inadvertently revealing them selves. That's why during a police interrogation, the squad goes on asking the same questions. Truth will be same all the time. Where as lies change every time...
Truth brings you peace. To justify one lie, you need invent hundred more. when it is not okay to speak the truth for any reason, it is better to maintain silence rather than telling a lie.
You are very right. Truth brings us peace and a sound sleep. Liars will spend sleepless nights.
Truth itself is powerful. In its absence life seems dull. It saves time as it has to be told just once but if we lie then we need to lie again to conceal our previous lie and the cycle continues.
And each time a liar lies he lies in such a way that he exposes himself clearly indicating that he's lying.
Truth is fearless, but many a times honest persons do have to suffer long before liars lie comes to forefront. Truth has single face liars have thousand faces, in this era, where corruption, lies, and everything seems to be legal, honest and truth persons have comparatively shrinking spaces.
In real world, neither naked truth nor blatant lies work. You need be pragmatic enough to know when to speak the truth and when to hide. There is a Sanskrit couplet that says- speak sweet truth- do not speak harsh truth- do not speak sweet lie.
Well said. The reality is one should be diplomatic.
