EC has operated within its rights in transferring the senior officials. Mamata's action is a case of defiance of the constitutional authority. She deserves an appropriate penalization.

That is bullying. She thought EC will come to terms with her bullying. When she could not succeed, she thought it's good for her to come to terms. There is a saying about these bullying characters.
