With a bit of planning anything can be done effortlessly. Generally i follow this method of planning ahead .No hurry and no missing of keys.
A habit is nothing but a repeated action. In the beginning, making a habit of early rising looks daunting. Which is why many people quit in the midway. The secret is getting up in the morning should be made a habit with determination and maintaining with consistency. Once you are successful in making a habit, the Habit leads you. Then the Habit of getting up early in the morning and the advantages will surface up gradually. Time will become a slave to you.
