Yup.. that's wasn't slogan from party and that's what BJP is saying too.. I don't know more but if it is true then nothing controversial.

All debates sound like 1000 crows singing a chorus. The difference is a chorus is a combination of concordant notes. Whereas the Debates are a combination of Discordant notes.
