The defaulters in Delhi are ultimate jokers!

Many electricity consumers in Delhi deliberately defaulted in paying bills. Kejriwal government gave them sops and promised to waive half the bill. The cheats were helped at cost of exchequer. So far is the 'honesty' of Kejriwal government and the 'supporters'. However, Kejriwal government did not allot funds for the sops. So ultimately, the defaulting power consumers are reduced to jokers.
