True. Like in any field related to Health there are myths in the sphere of Exercise also. As mentioned in the list, the myth about "Squatting" is considered a serious truth many avoid Squats. But I have been doing squats for years without any problem..
Excellent tips...We can get enough exercise through our daily work routine ! The more housework and gardening we do the better for us in every way.Physical exersion is always good for the body.I have a neighbor who is 83 years old and they are renovating their house and I see him climbing up the newly made roof using the temporary rickety ladder constructed by the buldre and watering and generally looking after the work. It is fantastic to see him being so active and fit...

They say movement itself is exercise. The grand old man in your neighborhood seems to have realized this. One should not lead a sedentary life. Indulge in some work that makes you perspire. Rest is assured.
