:woohoo: :woohoo: This, I never knew! So I did celebrate the World Sleep Day yesterday, albeit unknowingly! :woohoo: :woohoo: Was feeling a bit off colour and tired so I slept for two hours yesterday and celebrated it most appropriately! :laugh: :laugh:

The article is meant for the precautions to be taken by the new Mums about their sleeping babies. Still one has to know about the importance of sleep as inadequate sleep is the root cause for many ailments.
First time I know this about this sleep day, which reminds basic care to be taken for sleeping, as it applies to all, During sleeping minds take rest and become healthier. With mind all essential organs of humans are attached. There is vast importance attached with sleeping.

True..sleep is very very important and plays a major role in healing our mind and body, but it is given too less attention. Only when people are confronted with problems of depression, hypertension, stress etc. only then they realise its true worth!
