Even after film censor certification, many groups protest against screening of films. Now 'total syaapa' is in trouble. Then what is the use of censor Board. Instead, will it not better to make a list of organizations who regularly make protests against screening of movies and involve them in censor instead.

What the movie Total Siyapaa focused is real and there is no denial about that. Film censor Board has realized that the movie depicted the facts. That's why it was cleared.. But our Hypocricy ingrained in us will not have the guts to face the reality. Years ago Mehboob Khan's Mother India faced the same problem. The allegation was that he showed India in a poor light. Perhaps the protesters will be satisfied if it's shown as "Hindi Paki Bhai Bhai."

I haven't seen the movie. So I dont know if it is offensive or not. But if the censor board has approved it, then it should not be banned.

I haven't seen the movie. So I dont know if it is offensive or not. But if the censor board has approved it, then it should not be banned.

This is due to self styled religious Mavericks who think that it's due to them that the Globe is rotating on its axis. These are all nothing but their frantic efforts to make their presence felt..

There is division of responsibility between legislature, executive and judiciary. Judiciary comes in action only when a complaint is made. There is division of responsibility between legislature, executive and judiciary. Judiciary comes in action only when a complaint is made. I agree with you Censor Board has responsibilities and accountability. It cannot ban a film simply out of its whims and fancies. It should be allowed to do its duty and the people should abide by its decisions..

Acc. to article, this film is anti national and praises Pak, is it worth while to see such films, and though Indian movie industry is cosmopolitan but still it needs to develop movies which does not override the senses of patriotism and am sure some people will appraoch for advice of judiciary and there is always a space for vocal opposition.

If some one feels it's hurting the patriotic sense of people, the wisest way is to seek the shelter of Law . Not by shouting and holding demonstrations.
