Corruption begins at home!

Like charity, corruption begins at home. You bribe children to motivate them to study. Is this not cause of corruption in the whole society?

All good and bad qualities are formed in the formative years of a child. Not realizing this, many parents resort to offer incentives to get what they want. This habit is more prevalent in working parents. In the long run, a stage comes when the child demands an incentive or a bribe for everything he's expected to do.

A person's characteristic and nature builds from home and the impact receives from childhood have far greater affect on person's activities.

Expert sociologists say that three conditions define a character. They are physical, mental and childhood conditions. This says that childhood habit of bribery will stay forever.even after adulthood.

That is the best one can do and hope that the society does not erase all that has been taught ! It does happen at times and one cannot understand why it happens ? I have seen good honest youngsters change so drasttically after being in the company of vile people to such an extent that they become unrecognisable...

Motivating can be done in many other ways. This adopted method of parents is not motivating their children to work hark, instead an evil known greed is getting deep rooted in them. Thus, it is rightly said that corruption begins at home.
