It is a matter of consciousness for parents even their girl child is not safe with relative and close friends, all these awakening can reduce the number of such cases.

We spend so much of time here and there, doing nothing. If in each society a meeting is held even once a week to discuss on such matters and if necessary steps are taken in right direction, crime rates will greatly be reduced.
