All gestures start with good intentions with a motive to help the needy. over a period , they are abused. the real fruits will not reach where they are supposed to reach. a real strict implementation of the rule is the need of the hour.
Morphine is allowed to sell to cancer patients who have deep pain, and price of life saving medicines reduced considerably as some drug companies have increase these prices irrationally.

You cannot have the cake and eat it too. Tensa is a village with scanty living conditions, I know. Your purpose is served. Hence there should not be any place for complaints. The medical shop man cleverly used the 'Scarce' conditions in the market and duped you.
