Yes freedom and responsibility are the opposite sides of the same coin. You cannot enjoy your freedom without taking responsibilities for your actions.

Of course, it goes without aying that freedom always comes with responsibilities since it is a two edged sword,,,My freedom should not encroach on anothers freedom ! Thats exactly why we have certain rules and norms that are accepted by majority and following them is the safest way of ensurig that we all have our freedom and also do not come in the way of others enjoying their freedom ..

That's definitely is the right way of thinking of a right thinking citizen. Unfortunately it's not happening in that way.

Yes people care more about themselves than other people's rights. You can listen to any kind of music in your house but not so loud that the sound disturbs your neighbors.

It is about duties and responsibility, freedom cannot be absolute, freedom comes with responsibilities, we are free country but not free to destroy traffic rule and free to accident while driving on road.

Yes you are free to live your life according to your wish. But you have to take responsibility for your actions and its consequences.

Responsibility can be divided into various categories, like responsibility of parents, responsibility boss in an organisation and so on.

So are they. It's not the question of type of responsibilities but its adherence to responsibilities and doing justice

Every one is aware about their rights and freedom and are willing to fight for it. But no one is interested about knowing their duties and responsibilities as a citizen.

Actually this is the problem. Duties and rights are inter related. Your duty is sonme one's right and your right is some one's duty. If you don't do your duty, somebody's right is affected. For example, it is my right to move safely in the city whereas it is police men's duty to make my (citizen's) move safe.
