Who is on the side of the rules?
AAP wanted to introduce a bill in open and considered undemocratic- Congress passed the Telangana bill behind the closed doors of Parliament. Now decide for yourself - who is breaking the rules?

None. especially congress. It has suspended those people who represented the other part of Telangana that is non - separatists, then closed the doors and passed the bill. An act of cowardice.

In that case- how come the answer could be - NONE?
I think both of them broke the rules.

'None' refers to congress party. The protesters are protesting about the unconstitutional ways of passing the Bill. Protesting is a democratic right.

Agreed, Congress has lost its credibility in every field and is counting its last few days, let them do what they like but in doing so they are making their come back even more difficult.

Owing to its unpopularity, AP which was a stronghold of congress has become an empty house. All the members of the cabinet resigned including the CM. It's that good for nothing party that failed to convince its own party members.

Actually Congress left no option for Kiran Reddy but to look elsewhere. He knew what is in store for Congress after this election.

You need not wait till general elections. Right now Kiran Reddy with his move forced the situation for a President's rule which will be a slap on the face of the congress.

I really feel sorry for Congress now. I see a very gloomy picture ahead of a party that was once unbeatable. The party could not find a good leader beyond Nehru Gandhi family. They are still looking their future in Priyanka and Rahul.
It only shows what Congress is willing to do when for its own selfish reasons ...The way they defended their actions n the news debate was shameful ! The congreemen dont seem to have any kind of ethics at all...According to them what they do is perect and should not be questioned ! But the nation and the people are watching and hopefully will give a fitting reply ..
No political party is entirely democratic. There is no internal democracy in most parties. Only Communist parties have internal democracy. Some sort of misbehavior in parliament and state legiuslatures is common to all parties. However, the parties maintain procedural and constitutional routine so that the law passed is not considered null and void. The Aaam Aaadami party is quite different. They even refused to follow the laid down procedure and constitutional provisions. Hence whatever they did became null and void.

It's different in Telangana issue. The ruckus and pandemonium was created by congress. A bill related to AP was passed driving away one of the opposing faction was sent out of the parliament and closing the doors , the bill was passed. The bankrupt quality of congress clearly exposed. Now the congress party's own members are revolting against congress. What after all congress is going to achieve?

Congress is definitely not democratic organization. This party is dominated by a particular family. The Telangana issue and way of passing legislation in parliament may be challenged in court.

And Congress is well aware of its impending Dooms Day. That's the reason for their frantic and feverish activities which are none shorter than ' lunacy.'

The most amusing thing is the way Rahul Gandhi speaks about corruption while he sat over it through the entire five year tenure when UPA was involved in corrupt practices of every kind imaginable and now suddenly he speaks as if all that does not matter and he is a messiah sent to clean the system ! What a sham !

When speaks about bringing prosperity to a state after winning the next election, he forgets the very fact that they were the rulers in those places all along. Then why did not do that up to now, why have they chosen the period after the next election? Or is he trying to say that all his forefathers and mothers did was nothing but he will do it overnight! And the team he is working with is making the mockery of true workers all the time.
