I agree. The people who wants to slim cannot immediately do yoga it should be taught from an expert. I am not using green tea and performing yoga but i am jogging in the early morning so that i am fit for that day and looking slim.

Why people cannot do yoga? You have a wrong notion yoga should be taught by an expert. I learned from the books and videos since 20 years

No need of any teacher. In the present day there are many self taught books and videos available. I learned in the same way since 20 years. I have been going on.

I think only few of us are self-motivated. But few others do like to go to a yoga class to take its advantage. Not everybody's cup of tea to watch videos and learn yoga. Though I do yoga without any teacher's help..too.
